Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds and cancellations for service requests.

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your service request within 14 days of submission without giving a reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us through our website.

2. Service Fee Refund

The refund of the £19.95 service fee depends on the processing status:

  • Before processing begins: Full refund of the service fee will be provided within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • After processing has commenced: The service fee is non-refundable as the service has been partially or fully delivered.
  • After processing is complete: No refund of the service fee is available.

3. TV Licence Refund

If you wish to cancel your TV Licence itself and request a refund of unused licence fees, this is handled separately through the TV Licence cancellation process. You may be eligible for a refund on any full unused quarters remaining on your licence.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Contact us through the contact form on our website
  2. Provide your name, order/reference number, and email address
  3. State clearly that you wish to cancel and/or request a refund
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 working days

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. If payment was made via Direct Debit, the refund will be credited to the same bank account. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exceptions

The following exceptions apply:

  • Applications that have been fully processed and submitted cannot be refunded
  • If inaccurate information was provided by the customer leading to processing errors, no refund is due
  • Administrative fees for bank transfer reversals may apply
