TV Licence Support, operated by Rex Street LTD (Company No. 31530303, registered at 66, Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA), is an independent intermediary service that assists customers with TV Licence applications, renewals, updates, cancellations, and declarations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TV Licensing, the BBC, or any government body.

3. Service Fee

Our service fee is £19.95 per request. This fee is for the processing and handling of your application through our intermediary service and is in addition to any standard TV Licence fees. The service fee is non-refundable once processing has commenced.

4. User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TV Licence Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TV Licence Support and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
